HIGH CARD l LOW CARD LAYOUTS

Here's a unique blackjack fact; Your odds to win at "21 " keep changing with every card that's dealt. The overall odds of the game end up very close to 50-50, but just before the first hand of a fresh shoe, they're always 101-to-100* against you. From there they go up or down depending upon which cards have been dealt. If you keep your eyes open and know what to look for, it's

As you become better acquainted with playing, there will he times when you get fed up with the hands you’re getting. 'while other players are getting two, three, even four black¬jacks during the round, and you're getting bupkas. Never lose your cool and begin making "Hail Mary" bets trying to punch out the win or to catch up with the others.

Sure, there will he a time toward the end of the round, if you are trailing two to three players who are ahead of you by at least a three to one margin, that you'll have to become bold, but I don't recommend making such big moves unless you're three hands or closer to the end of the round. If you're trailing by a large margin, it's never a good idea to go all in before the second ¬to-last or last hand of the round. And when you do make that kind of move, make sure that you always leave something in reserve for a doubling or splitting opportunity.
